All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.
All prices are in GBP(£) and include VAT. If you have used our Google Translate facility, please note that prices will still be charged in GBP, but may incorrectly display in an alternate currency at points throughout the order process.
Faimos does not operate a price-matching policy.
Faimos does not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through Stripe which is a secure service.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event, we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. Faimos reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of order may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, Faimos reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
Faimos reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.
Faimos reserves the right to withdraw, restrict the use of promotional codes and restrict the use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.
Once an order has been placed, Faimos is not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.
If Faimos is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to the stock becoming unavailable we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Faimos will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the UK these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Please notify Faimos if your UK order which was dispatched by Standard or Express Tracked Delivery has not arrived after 15 working days. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 30 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed ‘missing’ and we can offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.
Due to restrictions shipping certain products to destinations off the mainland UK, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this be the case, Faimos will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order.
In regards to the return policy. All customers have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please see the returns below for more information.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Faimos express permission to do so.
Any complaints should be made in writing by email to email@example.com Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, the customer will be informed of all progress.
Faimos shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
We always do our best to ensure orders are processed correctly, however, sometimes mistakes do occur and we are keen to resolve them for you as quickly as possible.
If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.
We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days from date of delivery. We do not offer refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Prior to receiving a video or picture as proof of damage.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.
